Fulfilment Time

All orders received before 1 pm from Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) will be dispatched on the same day. Orders received after 1 pm from Monday to Friday, at weekends, or on Bank Holidays will be shipped on the next working day.

Personalised gift cards are complimentary and available as an option when purchasing a Reading Wand with all orders. Please leave a note at checkout under ‘Add a personalised message to your order.

Royal Mail Service Update

Royal Mail service is experiencing severe delays due to a reduced workforce and a surge of parcels. If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of shipping, or overseas shipping within 18 days, send us an email at admin@thereadingwand.com

Unfortunately, Royal Mail themselves state that on rare occasions, it can take up to 10 or 24 working days to deliver parcels due to delays in the postal system. Despite this being entirely outside our control, we understand that through experience, once items are delayed, they do turn up after a couple of days.
 
As such, our general policy is to wait until the full 10 or overseas 18 working days have elapsed before taking further action in the way of sending a replacement or refund, as in most cases, the parcel does arrive in this time frame.
